HARPER WOODS, Mich., Nov. 17, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Avidasports, LLC has announced the expansion of its sales staff with the hiring of two new sales executives to serve its Midwest and West Coast markets, it was announced today.

Avidasports has hired Matt Patton as Regional Sales Manager for its Midwest operations and Bennett Clark as Regional Sales Manager for its West Coast Operations, it was announced by Bill Burnett, Vice President of Sales for the company.

"The marketplace is very excited about our athletic telemetry system of sensors to monitor athletic performance with swimming our first target sport," said Burnett. "Both Patton and Clark have exceptional athletic and academic credentials and we are excited to welcome them aboard to serve our fast-growing customer base."

Avidasports has invented a real time computer/sensor system that can measure an athlete's workout performance and relay the information "real-time" to a computer and allow for real-time communication from the coach to the athlete – even swimmers.

Mr. Patton, who will serve the Midwest markets, is a graduate of the University of Michigan.  Matt is an eight-time Big Ten Conference Champion and eight-time NCAA All-American.  Matt competed in the 2008 Olympic trials in the 400 Free and 200 Fly.  He has already qualified and plans to compete in the 2012 Olympic trials.

Mr. Clark, a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, was captain of the men's swim team in 2008-2009 and a four-time NCAA All-American. He is based out of San Francisco, California.
