Clapp Communications will provide the latest Brian Boston property, Highland Inn, a Howard County-based restaurant scheduled to open summer 2012, with public relations and event planning support.
Among its many exciting offerings, Highland Inn will bring al fresco dining, an elegant but casual ambiance and farm-to-table fare to residents of The Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area. Located at 12857 Highland Road in Highland, Md., the landmark restaurant will feature everything from sandwiches to steaks and entree items are set to range from $21-30. With rich, jewel-toned colors, the interior will be flanked by two murals painted by a well-known Maryland artist and the extensive wine list will be available in an on-site wine shop.
The modern-traditional restaurant is the work of Brian Boston, owner and executive chef of the already-successful Milton Inn in Sparks, Md. The new restaurant will also have an economic impact on Maryland: creating around 75 jobs in Howard County.
