SCRANTON, Pa., Feb. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- AZEK Deck, manufactured by AZEK Building Products, was named the #1 brand in Quality in Builder Magazine's 2010 Brand Use Study.  This accomplishment is especially remarkable considering that the AZEK Deck brand has only been on the national scene for 2-1/2 years and was competing with established product lines.  The Builder Magazine survey was conducted by Hanley Wood Publishing and research firm Readex, using a sample of 10,800 readers of Builder Magazine.   Data was collected via mail from Sept. 17 – Nov. 5, with a 29% response rate.

In addition, ProSales Magazine, a publication targeted to lumber and building material dealers, conducted a poll of 700 lumberyards in December 2009 to determine the most popular brands stocked in a variety of product categories. The survey results revealed that AZEK Deck is not only the "Most Stocked Brand", but is also the brand of decking "Most Likely to be Stocked in the Future."  The survey results also concluded that AZEK Deck, along with the #2 and #3 most stocked brands have roughly 2-1/2 times the market share as their other decking competitors.
