Bank Bonuses Not an Election Issue

LONDON, March 12, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- City bonuses and bank break ups will not be on any party's agenda in the UK general election in spite of public hostility towards the City.

Ironically, it's the Tories who lean more towards a dividing line between investment and high street banking than Labour, says Neil Prothero of the Economist Intelligence Unit in a new weekly podcast, Election Countdown.
