LAS VEGAS, Jan. 16, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Bar Works, a unique firm that attracts ventures of all sizes with our shared workspaces, is rapidly expanding on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean. Now, they are coming to Downtown Las Vegas. Bar Works has been featured by Reuters, The San Francisco Chronicle, Crain's New York Business, Fortune, the UK's Daily Mail and other media outlets.
Paul Murad, President of the Metroplex Group, stated, "We have signed a 10-year lease for about 5,000 square feet of prime space in the Corner Building at 1201 South Main Street in the heart of the Downtown Las Vegas Arts District (DTLV). This lease was brokered by Metroplex Realty, representing the Landlord and curating a unique mix of office, retail, and food and beverage tenants in several redevelopment buildings along Main Street corridor.
"We were fortunate to bring the first national tenant to this area with Buffalo Exchange 2 years ago. Now DTLV is taking another leap forward with the first international tenant and second national tenant," said Paul Murad. "I am excited to see Bar Works Manhattanize DTLV!"
Bar Works currently operates three workspaces in New York City, with 4 more locations under construction there. As well, they recently purchased a landmark San Francisco restaurant and converted that to shared workspace. Bar Works is also opening a site in Miami's popular arts district. Soon Bar Works will announce several more venues in America, the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Quietly unveiled in late 2015, Bar Works is now making noise. Bar Works identified two key flaws in current city workspaces: accessibility and price. In response, we carefully built an affordable, inviting workspace model that can be replicated in major cities around the world.
At other shared workspaces, members continually get charged extra for snacks, phones, etc. It's like a cab ride where the meter never stops. By contrast, Bar Works gives its members cost certainty with flat, transparent monthly fees. There are no deposits or credit checks. Members can walk away from Bar Works as easily as they walked in. Every business likes that flexibility.
The Bar Works Concept:
Bar Works offers competitive memberships with a warm welcome off the street, and is a model that can be replicated in major towns and cities around the world. The concept branches out to revitalizing former restaurant/bar businesses among central city locations into affordable, flexible and vibrant workspaces.
