(OTCPK: BCCI) announces that does not have any tax liabilities to the Indian Government.  BCCI was improperly confused with the Board of Cricket Control as reported by "MUMBAI (Reuters) - The Board of Control for Cricket in India is under investigation for violating the country's foreign exchange laws, sports Minister Ajay Maken said on Tuesday." This has nothing to do with Baristas Coffee Company, Inc.

Baristas Coffee Company has no affiliation with The Board of Control for Cricket in India nor is it the subject of any investigation by the government as was erroneously reported.
