BCSC panel cease trades Petaquilla Minerals shareholder rights plan
VANCOUVER, Oct. 31, 2012 /CNW/ - A British Columbia Securities Commission panel today granted an application by the Inmet Mining Corporation to cease trade the shareholder rights plan adopted by Petaquilla Minerals Ltd.
The panel's reasons will follow.
