MINNEAPOLIS, Nov. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Belinda Jensen, KARE-TV
meteorologist, has signed a multi-year agreement to stay at KARE. Jensen,
KARE's weekend meteorologist, fills several other roles: co-host of KARE 11
News Saturday, feature reporter on Minnesota Bound and co-host of Grow with
KARE, a gardening series.
"Belinda does so many things and she does all of them well," said John
Remes, KARE President and General Manager. "Our commitment is to quality and
Belinda will help us keep that commitment for years to come," he added.
Jensen was no less enthusiastic.

Jensen has an AMS Seal of Approval for broadcast meteorology. Before
coming to KARE in 1993 she worked for the National Weather Service and an ABC
affiliate in Salt Lake City. She works with many community organizations but
her greatest interest is working in schools.
