MORRISTOWN, N.J., Feb. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Berger Group of Companies, a global engineering firm with annual revenues of $1 billion headquartered in Morristown, NJ, has acquired Ranger International Services Group of Greenville, SC. Ranger—a 1,000-employee firm providing a variety of aviation, logistics and engineering services both domestically and internationally—will henceforth be known as Louis Berger Services, Inc.

The acquisition is expected to be mutually beneficial.
