Berkery Noyes Represents The Gordian Group, Inc. in Its Sale to The Wicks Group of Companies, L.L.C.
NEW YORK, Dec. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Berkery Noyes, a leading independent
investment bank serving the media, information and technology markets,
announced that it represented The Gordian Group, Inc. (Gordian), in its
sale to The Wicks Group of Companies, L.L.C. (Wicks). Gordian, based in
Greenville, South Carolina, is the sole provider of a full-service Job
Order Contracting solution for facility owners in both the public and
private sectors. Wicks is a leading private equity fund that invests in
selected segments of the communications, information and media industries.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
