PLAINFIELD, Ill., Sept. 26, 2012 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month being in October and to help the fundraising efforts of the American Cancer Society's "Making Strides to end Breast Cancer" walk, Bill Jacobs Plainfield is hosting Breast Cancer Awareness Night on October 3^rd. Community members, friends, family and employees will all be in attendance for a fun night of visiting with local business owners from around the Plainfield area and checking out their wares that they will be bringing. The event will be held at the Bill Jacobs Plainfield store and will run from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m.

The dealership has invited many local business owners to come and display some of their inventory in the showroom of the store. Notable vendors will be in attendance including Dove chocolates, with delicious chocolates on hand, Mary Kay , with a full line of cosmetics and Visalus, a 90 day fitness challenge. Other vendors will include Partylite, a company who offers some of the best candles available today, and the Cancer Fighters, a group of survivors who have bracelets, necklaces and ponytail holders.

Every year the entire Bill Jacobs Auto Group rallies together and participates in the "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer" 5K walk at the Chicagoland Speedway in Joliet. By helping to raise funds that are then donated to the American Cancer Society, the Auto Group is able to help save lives from breast cancer.
