BizCarta, Inc. sells BizCarta LANDesk Australia business to Irontouch Systems
DUBLIN, Ohio, Nov. 20, 2012 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- BizCarta, Inc. announced that they are excited to announce that Irontouch Managed Services is now the point of contact for LANDesk customers previously serviced by BizCarta's Australian office.
Irontouch Managed Services has been working with LANDesk for 15 years and is the most accredited LANDesk partner globally. With this level of experience BizCarta's customers couldn't be in better hands to grow their knowledge and gain maximum value from their LANDesk investments.
While the financial details were not publicly disclosed between these two privately held companies, BizCarta will only sell its interest in its Australian holdings while retaining all its domestic business.
