BJ Services Announces Declaration of Dividend
HOUSTON, July 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BJ Services Company (NYSE: BJS; PCX; CBOE) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $.05 per share, payable October 14, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 15, 2009.
BJ Services Company is a leading provider of pressure pumping, well completion, production enhancement and pipeline services to the petroleum industry.
