WASHINGTON, May 24, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Department of Justice's Bureau of Justice Statistics released PREA Data Collection Activities, 2011 today. This report provides selected findings and status updates on five separate data collection efforts in response to the Prison Rape Elimination Act of 2003 (PREA; P.L. 108-79).
