BDC, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: BHCG), a business development company
registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 ("Blackhawk"),
announced that Blackhawk executed an agreement on April 14, 2008 with John
W. Loofbourrow Associates, Inc. ("Loofbourrow") to act as placement agent
to raise equity capital for Blackhawk in its Regulation E offering.
Blackhawk filed a Form 8-K reporting the retention of Loofbourrow.
