What: BlueStripe Software, the leader in Application Service Management (ASM), today announced that co-founder and CEO Chris Neal will present a session titled 'The Management Team: The Key Factor for Attracting Investors' at the CED's "CAFE" Workshop this week. Formerly the Council for Entrepreneurial Development, the CED is a private, nonprofit organization that promotes entrepreneurial efforts in the Triangle region of North Carolina.

Event Overview: Investors expect the management team to drive the company forward, hit major milestones, and make clear progress towards achieving its profits potential. As a result, investors will more readily finance an entrepreneurial enterprise on the basis of the strength of its management team. 'The Management Team: The Key Factor for Attracting Investors' will feature leading executives discussing their experiences in recruiting, compensating, and retaining top-notch management teams, Board of Directors, and Board of Advisors. They'll also talk about specific management skills -- such as marketing and selling products, manufacturing, and accounting -- investors are looking for.

Where: The event is being held on Thursday, October 22nd at the CED's Entrepreneurship Center, Alexandria Technology Center, 100 Capitola Dr., Suite 101, Durham, NC. Cost to attend is $10 for CED members (in advance), $20 (on-site) and $40 for non-members (in advance), $50 (on-site).

When: The event begins at 7:30 a.m. local time and concludes at 10:00 a.m. local time.
