Monitoring signals such as steering wheel angle, accelerator pedal position and wheel speed, the vehicle's control systems command the transfer case to deliver the required amount of torque to the front and rear axles. To enhance performance and fuel efficiency, the aluminum housing reduces total vehicle weight. The all-wheel drive transfer case is also equipped with BorgWarner's HY-VO® transfer case chain, optimized for high-efficiency and durable performance.
