NEW YORK, Nov. 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC, announces that a class action has been filed on behalf of purchasers of the securities of SinoHub, Inc. ("SinoHub" or the "Company") (OTC: SIHI), who purchased shares during the period between May 17, 2010 and August 21, 2012 inclusive, (the "Class Period"), concerning whether the company and certain of its officers and directors have violated federal securities laws.
