TORONTO, Jan. 16, 2013 /CNW/ - Brookfield Real Estate Services Inc. (TSX: BRE) today declared a dividend of $0.092 per share for the month of January 2013, payable February 28^th, 2013 to shareholders of record on January 31^st, 2013.
