BTB announces its distribution for the month of July 2013

MONTREAL, July 15, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - BTB Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: BTB.UN) announced today that the monthly cash distribution for the month of July 2013 is $0.0333 per unit, representing $0.40 per unit on an annualized basis. The cash distribution will be paid on August 15, 2013 to unitholders of record on July 31, 2013.
