that C. Bryan Daniels, co-founder and principal of Prairie Capital, L.P., has
joined the bank's Board of Directors.

Daniels, 50, is a co-founder and principal of Prairie Capital, a private
equity firm focused on the lower-end of the middle market. Since 1997,
Prairie Capital has invested a total of $475 million in 70 transactions. He
serves on the board of directors of Chicago Deferred Exchange Company, Estes
Cox Corporation, Navman Wireless, R3 Education and a number of other
Prior to founding Prairie Capital, Daniels was a Senior Vice President at
American National Bank (now JP Morgan Chase), where he held positions in
lending and investments, including management of the financial services group.
Daniels has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wabash College, a Master's
degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago and a Master
of Science in Computer Science, also from the University of Chicago.
He is a member of the Visiting Committee of the Physical Science
Department of the University of Chicago, and on the Board of Directors of WBEZ
- Chicago Public Radio.
