(Nasdaq: CA) today announced it has been positioned by Gartner, Inc., in the leaders quadrant for its Magic Quadrant for Web Access Management, 2009.* Gartner positions vendors in the "Leaders" quadrant based on their completeness of vision and ability to execute.
