Cameron International Corporation Settled With Safoco Over Infringement of Three Patents According to Conley Rose, P.C.
HOUSTON, Oct. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Cameron International Corporation, a leading provider of flow equipment products, systems, and services to worldwide oil, gas, and process industries announced it had successfully settled its defense of a dispute with Safoco, Inc. for undisclosed terms. Safoco had been asserting infringement of three Safoco patents that cover gate valve actuators for the oil and gas industry. The settlement was completed the week before the jury trial was set to begin before the Honorable Judge Sim Lake in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas in Houston.
