Adds nearly 1,000 beds in three communities

Continued growth highlights strength in niche real estate sector

AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Campus Advantage, a higher education services company, today announced that it has added nearly 1,000 beds to its growing portfolio of student housing communities.

Three communities have joined the Campus Advantage portfolio: 8 1/2 Canal at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Va.; The Union at Midtown at Wayne State University in Detroit, Mich.; and 318 Commons at University of Minnesota, Rochester in Rochester, Minn.
