The stakeholder session will begin with a look at the Regulatory Cooperation Council's priorities and planned phases for the 2013 – 2014 legislative calendar and continue with a panel that examines how regulatory alignment can benefit the automotive, consumer products, food and energy sectors. The morning will wrap with a government panel that discusses the merits of increased regulatory alignment featuring David Moloney, Senior Advisor to the Privy Council Office responsible for the Border Action Implementation Plan in Canada, Bob Carberry, Assistant Secretary, Regulatory Cooperation Council Secretariat, Treasury Board of Canada, Andrei Greenawalt, Associate Administrator and Dominic Mancini, Acting Administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, Office of Management and Budget at the White House and U.S. Secretariat of the Regulatory Cooperation Council.

The breakout sessions will be held at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars.
