"Capital Title Gives Back" by Volunteering Their Time for Those in Need Employees from Plano's Capital Title of Texas continue to support local North Texas Food Bank and those in need by volunteering at local distribution centers in their community.
PLANO, Texas, April 9, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Because of such a great response from employees last year, Plano-based employer, Capital Title of Texas, has decided to continue its "Capital Title Gives Back" campaign that supports local food pantries in the community. In response to the growing need, employees of Capital Title of Texas launched "Capital Title Gives Back" last year - a summer-long food and funds drive that has grown to be a year round company campaign. The Plano based employer has chosen this year to give to the North Texas Food Bank again by volunteering time at their local warehouse distribution center. The Plano-based employer also provides satellite offices located throughout the state where their Austin, Houston, & San Antonio regions have also been encouraged to volunteer at their respective North Texas Food Bank distribution centers.
Chief Operations Officer, Tracy McMahon, expressed last year when starting this campaign the importance that her employees support their local communities. "All of us are challenged with obstacles at some point in our lives. It is important that we all give when we can to those who need help during hard times," said McMahon. "You never know if or when you might be in their shoes."
Capital Title has challenged all employees to participate in the support of the communities in which they serve. Friends, family, and customers looking to support their local community can contribute by signing up to volunteer their time at their local North Texas Food Bank sorting facility on June 15, 2013 from 9-11:30am. Region warehouse distribution centers are listed below:
4500 S. Cockrell Hill Road, Dallas, Texas 75236
8201 S. Congress, Austin, Texas 78745
535 Portwall Street, Houston, Texas 77029
5200 W. Old Hwy 90, San Antonio, Texas 78227
Volunteers will be sorting food in an effort to ship it out to other facilities. For more information about the "Capital Title Gives Back" campaign or to sign up to volunteer with us, contact Amy Hayden at firstname.lastname@example.org or 972-526-7642.
