This product was recently approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for Sun Pharma's Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA). These tamsulosin hydrochloride capsules are therapeutically equivalent to Flomax® Capsules 0.4 mg from Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Tamsulosin hydrochloride capsules are indicated for the treatment of the signs and symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
