Care.com Files For Proposed Initial Public Offering
WALTHAM, Mass., Dec. 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Care.com, Inc. today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be sold in the proposed offering has not yet been determined.
Morgan Stanley, BofA Merrill Lynch, and J.P. Morgan will serve as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. Allen & Company LLC and Stifel will act as senior co-managers for the proposed offering.
