Through the acquisition, Caring.com will now give its members the ability to access Gilbert Guide's housing guide and extensive directory as part of its standard features.

The undisclosed stock transaction was closed on September 23rd. Gilbert Guide CEO Jill Gilbert and COO Jason Gilbert will join the Caring.com team as vice presidents, reporting to CEO Andy Cohen.
