(LAI), an independent controls contractor. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Carrier Corp. is a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX).

An Automated Logic dealer, Logical Automation designs, installs, and services building control systems and has a long record of technology leadership and a reputation for customer care.
