Cathay General Bancorp Declares Dividend of $0.01 Per Share
LOS ANGELES, Nov. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cathay General Bancorp (the "Company", Nasdaq: CATY), announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of one cent per common share payable on December 8, 2009, to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 27, 2009.
