BOULDER, Colo., Oct. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Equity Capital, LLC, announced that its Northeast IT Services Platform Company, CBE Technologies, LLC (CBE), has acquired GreenPages Government Division, a leading provider of product procurement services, project services, and maintenance and managed IT services for state, local, and education (SLED) institutions.

Created in 2006, via the acquisition of TENCorp, GreenPages Government Division has focused on providing purpose built solutions to governmental and educational institutions that have come to rely on the expertise of GreenPages' focused business consultants who are experts in curriculum technology.
