CCIM Hosts Economic Trends Webinar

CHICAGO, March 5, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- More than 300 industry professionals participated in CCIM's February 27 webinar, The 2013 Economy and Its Effect on Commercial Real Estate.  Presenter George Ratiu, manager of quantitative and commercial research with the National Association of REALTORS® , spoke optimistically of how secondary and tertiary markets continue to lead the charge towards economic recovery.  Second-tier markets have seen major year-over-year investment gains; Ratiu cited Seattle, Phoenix, Austin, Baltimore, and Charlotte as markets that have seen a revival over the past year.
