Cemtrex Negotiating on Over $9.7 Million in Project Proposals

 (OTC: CTEX) announced that it is currently negotiating on numerous projects
 with various utilities, refineries and other industrial companies totaling
 over $9.7 million.  The Company expects that a substantial portion of these
 projects shall be finalized within the next 3-6 months.
