Cemtrex to Develop Carbon Credits Through Nitrous Oxide Abatement Projects

 (OTC: CTEX) announced that it is actively involved as a developer and as a
 consultant in global projects to reduce the emissions of nitrous oxide, a
 greenhouse gas with global warming potential of 310.

 select the best abatement technology that would maximize the generation of
 carbon credits and take on turnkey responsibility for preparation of the
