Census Bureau to Release 2010 Census Statistics on Nation's 65 and Older Population

WASHINGTON, Nov. 29, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The following is being released by the U.S. Census Bureau:

What: The U.S. Census Bureau will hold an audio and Web news conference to release a 2010 Census brief on the population 65 and older in the United States. During the event, a Census Bureau demographer will discuss the brief, which provides details on the size, growth and geographic distribution of the nation's older population.

The event will consist of a simultaneous audio conference and online presentation. Reporters will be able to ask questions once the presentation is complete. We suggest reporters log in and call in early.
