Chevrolet of Naperville provides service programs to customers

NAPERVILLE, Ill., Jan. 30, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- There is a popular automotive axiom out there that roughly says a vehicle will treat its owner as well as the owner treats the car. Simply stated, this just means it is very important to take care of our vehicles and in return they will act reliably and everyone is happy. The first program offered by Chevrolet of Naperville is known as the Chevrolet of Naperville Edge or CONE. The CONE program is available to any customer that purchases a new or used vehicle from Chevrolet of Naperville. Upon signup, customers will receive a membership card as well as a $25 credit for car service in Naperville.

Other CONE benefits include access to a fleet of loaner vehicles that the customer can use when their car is being worked on by a highly trained Chevrolet of Naperville technician. Also five percent of every dollar spent on service at Chevrolet of Naperville is put into an account as reward points that can be used to pay for service once enough points have been earned. Appointments can be scheduled by phone or using the online appointment form.

The other innovative program available at Chevrolet of Naperville is the Pit Pass. This program offers free inspection of and adjustment to some basic preventative maintenance issues like oil level, brake fluid, tire pressure and engine coolant. No appointment in needed to use the Pit Pass and, again, it is offered complimentary by Chevrolet of Naperville.
