Signs Virtualization Agreement with Network & Information Center of Shandong University

SHANDONG, China, April 1 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China VoIP & Digital Telecom, Inc.'s (OTC Bulletin Board: CVDT) wholly-owned subsidiary Jinan Yinquan Technology Co., Ltd., today announced that it has signed a virtualization agreement with Network & Information Center of Shandong University (the "Customer"). Jinan Yinquan will implement an integrated virtualization solution and provide long-term support for the Customer's datacenter.

Yinquan will provide the Customer with industry leading technology in comprehensive datacenter solutions.
