WASHINGTON, March 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Chris O'Donnell has approved Shultz Companies to be first recipient of an exclusive License to offer a patented system which allows cell phone users to pay for parking. The license is exclusively for the State of West Virginia and the Shultz Companies. Shultz Companies will begin to offer these services to State, city and local municipalities throughout West Virginia. The Patent License offers Shultz Companies a competitive advantage in the RFP process and will assure them market protection for years to come.
Chris O'Donnell is a stalwart in the field of Telecommunications armed with 30 years of experience and the recipient of a Patent in his field of art. Chris O'Donnell is ready to take the competition head on in the Pay and Park by cell phone business. Chris O'Donnell has a complete turnkey system which allows for any vendor to offer a full range of services which provide for any phone to be used to pay for parking. The best in class system offers a rich and enjoyable customer experience while providing a secure and proven carrier grade platform and application which handles all the transactions, accounting and call completion. Better yet the system is tried true and tested and allows for the rapid and seamless deployment without any additional equipment needed to implement it.
The market is ready for this proven system as many new entrants are gearing up for the roll out of this technology. Early in January William Clay Ford, CEO of Ford Motor Company and Mark Shultz former President of Ford International and their private funding company Fontinalis Partners, LLC (no relation to Ford Motor Co) invested in Park Mobile US. Park Mobile US is a company offering same type of services Chris O'Donnell will be licensing.
MobileNOW LLC of Rockville, MD is another offeree of like services and is the local Contractor for Montgomery County providing similar services. However MobileNOW LLC has been sued by Chris O'Donnell who claims their system infringes on his Patent. Said suit was filed in the US District Court of Maryland February 19, 2010.
This is an exciting time for Chris O'Donnell as his agents are negotiating an exclusive nationwide license agreement with select carriers for his Patent and its segmented markets.
The EZ Scores system created by Chris O'Donnell, former CEO, was a R&D tool to create the software, test the results and prove his case study while he waited for his Patent. Chris O'Donnell received his Patent in December of 2006 thereby validating his 30 years in the Telecommunication field.
Chris O'Donnell welcomes the Shultz Companies and looks forward to approving other vendors on a State by State basis. Over the last few weeks applications have come in from all over the USA. Vendors from Nevada, Georgia, Maryland, Washington DC and Minnesota have submitted their applications to become recipients of licenses being offered. For any companies wanting to participate in this emerging market send a letter of interest to [email protected]
The Shultz Companies and its CEO Charles (Chaz) Schultz are the best choice to be approved first for an exclusive State license based on their long and extensive history with the State of West Virginia.
