DENVER, Dec. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cimarex Energy Co. (NYSE: XEC) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular cash dividend on its common stock of 6 cents-per-share. The dividend is payable on March 1, 2010 to stockholders of record on February 15, 2010.
