Circa Appoints Chief Financial Officer

 Reid, CA, as Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer effective
 January 25, 2005. Mr Reid brings to Circa a strong public company and
 manufacturing background, his most recent role prior to joining Circa being
 Vice President Finance for a remote power equipment manufacturing company
 based in Calgary.
