Circa Completes Distribution Agreement with Anixter International

    CALGARY, May 17 /PRNewswire/ - Circa Enterprises Inc. (CTO-TSE), a
 manufacturer of electrical components for the telecom industry, has finalized
 a distribution arrangement with Anixter International, whereby Anixter has
 agreed to stock Circa's telecom protection equipment in its regional
 warehouses in the United States.  Based upon the success of existing similar
 arrangements, Circa believes that this agreement could result in a significant
 increase in sales to the United States market.  Circa specializes in
 manufacturing high quality, cost-effective equipment and as well its DSL
 enclosures are utilized in expanding existing copper telecommunication line
 capacity and bandwidth to carry voice/date and telephone information.

 distribution company with sales of approximately US $3.5 billion.  It conducts
