Blockbuster's 28-Day Availability Advantage Allows Customers to Rent New Releases Immediately

DALLAS, July 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Blockbuster Inc. (Pink Sheets: BLOKA) today announced availability of the movie, Clash of the Titans, in BLOCKBUSTER® stores and from BLOCKBUSTER By Mail a full four weeks before it will be available through some competitors.  Blockbuster's early advantage reflects its ongoing agreement with Warner Bros to provide customers with the opportunity to rent hit movies the day they are released on DVD. The movie will also be available from BLOCKBUSTER On Demand® on the release date.
