Ms. Kim joined CD&R in 2008 and has been integral to a number of the Firm's investments, including Diversey, HD Supply, ServiceMaster, David's Bridal and Vets First Choice. Today she focuses on Healthcare investments and serves on the board of Vets First Choice. Ms. Kim earned a B.A. from Yale University, a J.D. from Harvard Law School and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Mr. Shapiro joined CD&R in 2002 and today focuses on investments in the Services sector. His CD&R transaction experience includes investments in Kinko's, ServiceMaster, Solenis, Tranzact, TruGreen, and Univar. Mr. Shapiro currently serves as a director of Solenis, Tranzact, TruGreen and Univar. He earned a B.S. from Duke University and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
Mr. Strum joined CD&R in 2003 and specializes in Healthcare investments. Transactions in which Mr. Strum has played leadership roles include agilon health, AssuraMed, Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare, Envision Healthcare, Healogics, PharMEDium, and VWR International. Mr. Strum currently serves as a director of agilon health, Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare, and Healogics. He earned a B.A. from Emory University and an M.B.A from Columbia Business School.
Mr. Zrebiec joined CD&R in 2004 and has devoted his efforts to investments in the Industrials area, including Atkore, Brand Energy and Infrastructure Services, Hussmann, NCI Building Systems, Roofing Supply Group, and Wilsonart. He also was involved with the Firm's Hertz investment. Mr. Zrebiec currently serves as a director of Atkore, Brand, NCI Building Systems and Wilsonart. He earned a B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
The Firm has also expanded its operating talent. In early 2016, CD&R named Russ Fradin, former CEO of SunGard Data Systems, Aon Hewitt and BISYS Group, an Operating Partner. In addition, CD&R supplemented its global Operating Advisor network with the engagement of Helge Lund, former CEO of BG Group and Statoil; Jim McNerney, Jr., former Chairman and CEO of The Boeing Company; Nitin Sahney, former Chairman and CEO of Omnicare; and David Scheible, former President and CEO of Graphic Packaging International, as advisors to the CD&R funds.
