 stepped up its commitment to creating innovative opportunities for advertisers
 with the announcement that long-time digital media strategist Michael Hudes
 has assumed the new position of Executive Vice President, Corporate

     Hudes will be based in northern California, in the company's Bay Area
     Prior to joining Clear Channel Outdoor, Hudes was president and chief
 operating officer of AdSpace Networks, Inc. Under his leadership, the company
 became a leading builder of digital media networks for advertising and
 promotion in public spaces.
     As president and chief operating officer of Organic, Inc., he oversaw that
 company's evolution from a small web site builder into a leading global
 digital marketing services company.  Under Hudes leadership and direction
 revenues grew from approximately $700,000 to more than $128 million over a
 four year period.
     Hudes also served as director of marketing and advertising partnerships at
 da Vinci Time & Space, a leading interactive television company focused on
 creating original content and development tools for interactive programming.
 Hudes also held senior management positions at leading advertising agencies in
 both New York and San Francisco.
