NEW YORK, Dec. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Cohen & Company Securities, LLC has announced that it acted as representative of the underwriters for the initial public offering of GSME Acquisition Partners I (OTC Bulletin Board: GSMEF). Through the underwriting syndicate led by Cohen & Company Securities, 3,600,000 units were sold in GSME's initial public offering at a price of $10.00 per unit, generating gross proceeds to GSME of $36,000,000. Simultaneously, GSME completed the private sale of 3,600,000 warrants at a price of $0.50 per warrant, generating gross proceeds to GSME of $1,800,000.

Cohen & Company Securities, LLC acted as representative of the underwriters for the initial public offering. Rodman & Renshaw, LLC, a subsidiary of Rodman & Renshaw Capital Group, Inc., and I-Bankers Securities, Inc. acted as co-managers.
