Cohen & Steers, Inc. Board Declares Quarterly Dividend
NEW YORK, March 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE: CNS) announced that its Board of Directors declared the company's cash dividend for the first quarter of 2010 in the amount of $0.10 per share of common stock, increasing the dividend by $0.05 per share from the prior quarter's dividend. The dividend will be payable on April 16, 2010 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2010.
