NEW YORK, March 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cohen & Steers Infrastructure Fund, Inc. (NYSE: UTF) announced that shareholders approved the proposal to increase the number of authorized common shares at today's special shareholder meeting. The meeting held on February 26, 2010 was adjourned to allow additional time to solicit votes in connection with the proposal. The shareholders' approval of this proposal ensures that UTF will have a sufficient number of shares to meet its future dividend reinvestment obligations.
