Schoeller Technologies Awarded for Research and Developments in the Textile Industry

SEVELEN, Switzerland, November 10 /PRNewswire/ -- On 6 November Schoeller Technologies has been awarded with the Textile Design Award 2009 for research and development in textile sector. coldblack(R) is the result of a close cooperation between Schoeller and Clariant International.

Albert Kriemler from Swiss fashion company AKRIS was granted in addition a Merit Award for his tireless performance for Swiss Design. Martin Leuthold of Jakob Schlaepfer won "The Textile Design Award for innovative solutions for textiles" for Secret Garden. All three textile design winners come from the canton of St. Gallen and enjoy regionally and internationally long standing excellent reputations.
