Colfax Names Gary Hoover Vice President, Colfax Business System - ESAB
FULTON, Md., Feb. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Colfax Corporation ("Colfax") (NYSE: CFX), a leading global manufacturer of gas- and fluid-handling and fabrication technology products and services, today announced that Gary Hoover has been named Vice President of Colfax Business System – ESAB, effective February 20, 2012, reporting to Clay Kiefaber, President and CEO of Colfax and Acting CEO of ESAB. In this role Gary will be responsible for strengthening Colfax's lean capabilities and driving tangible results within ESAB. He will also be responsible for coordinating and training the ESAB associates on Policy Deployment.
Gary has over 20 years experience in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain management and business development. He was recently Managing Director and Partner at TBM Consulting Group where he spent the last ten years serving in various roles. He has led key client transformation initiatives in more than 30 countries on five continents. Gary is a trained Six-Sigma black belt, and holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from West Virginia University and a Masters of Business Administration in Operations Management and Finance from Vanderbilt University.
